Its high air throughput makes the STIHL BR 450 C-EF petrol leaf blower ideal for professionals such as caretakers, landscapers and municipal workers to use forclearing large areas of leaves, hedge trimmings and debris. Thanks to STIHL ErgoStart, the STIHL 2-MIX engine can be started conveniently with a smooth, even pull of the starter cord. The single-hand multi-function handle can be used to operate all the engine control functions of the STIHL BR 450 C-EF easily and safely. The locking throttle lever with stop button allows you to lock the blowing power at any desired position. You can stop the blower with ease by pushing the stop button, leaving it ready to start again after a pause, with just the push of a button. The telescopic blower tube with round nozzle is infinitely variable and can be adjusted to your height and the respective requirements, while the handle position can be adjusted without the need to use tools.

STIHL Easy2start

EFFORTLESS STARTING. STIHL Easy2start saves you energy when starting your power tools. A smooth and even pull on the starter cord is all that’s needed. The required speed on the starter cord is significantly reduced, and the engine starts quickly and reliably even with a slow pull. An additional spring between the crankshaft and the starter cord roll makes this easier.

STIHL ELECTRIC START FOR BACKPACK BLOWERS

FOR SIMPLIFIED WARM STARTING. With STIHL ElectroStart, your power tool can be restarted quickly and easily after a work break, without you having to take it off your back. The engine restarts at the press of a button. The lithium-ion battery required for starting is automatically charged while in operation. This means that your power tool is always ready for use.

STIHL 2-MIX Engine

The STIHL 2-MIX engine is both powerful and economical. Separating the exhaust emissions from the unburnt gas minimises scavenging losses, and therefore increases the power output while reducing consumption.

The two-stroke engine with STIHL 2-MIX technology saves up to 20% of fuel and reduces emissions by up to 70% compared to STIHL 2-stroke engines of the same performance class without 2-MIX technology.
