STIHL FUNCTION Ergo trousers provide great protection for forestry professionals and forest and property owners who work occasionally in domestic outdoor areas but also in woods and forests. Thanks to the comfortable and breathable cotton-polyester blend, these trousers are suitable for all seasons. They come in regular fit. These trousers also have robust inserts on the knees for long-term durability. The integrated 8-layer cut-protection made of AVERTIC™ Dura+ was developed exclusively for STIHL.

Pre-formed knees and elastic inserts make STIHL FUNCTION Ergo cut-protection trousers more comfortable to wear. The zipped ventilation openings on the rear of the trousers provide additional ventilation and, together with the kidney protection, ensure comfortable wear. Reflective inserts on the STIHL FUNCTION Ergo trousers result in good visibility. The two front slit pockets and the seat or thigh pocket with zip provide space for valuables and tools. The overalls have an additional bib pocket.

STIHL FUNCTION Ergo trousers are machine-washable at 60°C.

The following information applies to all FUNCTION Ergo trousers:

  • Material composition of outer material: olive green/black (65% polyester, 35% cotton), high-visibility orange (70% polyester, 30% cotton)
  • Lining material composition: 100% polyester
  • Available colours: three-tone (olive green/black/high-visibility orange)
  • Cut-protection class: 1, design A (EN 381 or respectively EN ISO 11393)
  • Number of layers: 8

BREATHABLE WATER PROTECTION

VERY COMFORTABLE TO WEAR AND GOOD WEATHER PROTECTION. The protective clothing is made of a waterproof and simultaneously breathable material, making it very comfortable to wear. Excess heat and sweat is wicked to the outside.

CUT PROTECTION AREA DESIGN A

PROTECTION DURING FORESTRY WORK. Cut protection trousers with design A (in accordance with EN 381 and EN ISO 11393) have cut protection that completely covers your front lower body. In the rear left leg area, the protection continues around the leg by 5 cm in each case. You are very well protected during forestry work with design A.

BREATHABILITY

WICKS HEAT AND SWEAT TO THE OUTSIDE. Its breathable material makes it comfortable to wear, even when you’re working hard. This is because moisture is wicked to the outside, while fresh air is let in.
