The STIHL HLA 135 K battery long-reach hedge trimmer provides very effective support for professional garden and landscape maintenance: this very powerful battery long-reach hedge trimmer is lightweight, with low noise and vibration levels. Its short shaft and cutter bar, which can be swivelled through 145°, enable you to comfortably use the 219 cm power tool to perform cuts overhead, to the side and close to the ground. With a low weight of just 5.2 kg (excluding battery), the short version of the battery long-reach hedge trimmer from STIHL is very comfortable to use, and ideal for efficient maintenance of tall and long hedges or shrubs, even during demanding and prolonged periods of work. Its engine is so quiet that you can even use this long-reach hedge trimmer in noise-sensitive settings such as residential areas, and without ear protection.

Thanks to the high-quality EC motor, the speed can be adjusted in 3 levels to suit the task at hand, using the ergonomic control handle with speed adjustment, for even more efficiency when trimming hedges. The STIHL HLA 135 K has friction-optimised universal blades and 600 mm blade length, for high cutting performance with long battery life. The loop handle means you can work comfortably and efficiently with the STIHL HLA 135 K, even in tight spaces.

All battery power tools within the STIHL AP-System have been designed for professional use and daily application, including in adverse weather conditions. With that in mind they are certified as splashproof; the effectiveness of this is also verified through demanding internal checks. The splashwater test meets the IPX4 standard, among others.

EASY ADJUSTMENT OF POWER TOOL PERFORMANCE. Quickly and conveniently adjust the speed of your power tool to the respective work situation. Doing so reduces energy consumption at low speeds, and in this way extends the battery runtime. The practical control handle with speed control allows you to make the relevant adjustment without having to change your grip or pause work.

METAL MESH AIR FILTER

OPTIMAL ENGINE COOLING. The air filter with fine metal mesh cleans the air and in this way ensures optimum engine cooling. As it is itself easy to clean, it also offers a long service life.

EYELET FOR CARRYING STRAP
